摘要
分析了电涡流位移传感器在电磁轴承应用方面的特点及存在的不足;讨论了非接触式差动电感位移传感器的性能和特点,如灵敏度、线性度,及其在电磁轴承系统中应用的可能性.提出了一种轴向应用的设计实例.结果表明非接触式差动电感位移传感器在电磁轴承系统中有广泛的应用前景.
This paper focuses on the relations between the performances of displacement sensors and the construction of active magnetic bearing system. It gives an analysis to some unfavourable factors of the construction and performance of current displacement sensor (ECDS) common used in applications of active magnetic bearing (AMB), and has a discussion on the advantageous of a contactless differentail conduct displacement sensor (DCDS), such as sensitivity, linearity, as well as the realizability of this sensor in the use of active magnetic bearing systems. Meanwhile, a method of the experimental investigation on this sensor designing for a thrust bearing is reported herein also, and the results demostrate the vast useful propects of the sensor in the development of AMB.
