摘要
通过走访广东省体工队跆拳道运动员、教练员和队医,以及查找有关跆拳道运动损伤的文献、书籍等资料。从中发现,损伤以踝关节、膝关节、肘关节等部位最为常见;损伤原因多为负荷过重、自我保护不当、准备运动不足、教练员对运动员状态判断能力和伤病防范意识不强等。同时,提出相应建议。
After interviewing taekwondo athletes, their coaches and team doctors in the sport work team of Guangdong Province, and consulting the related literatures, flies and books concerning sports injuries in taekwondo, it finds that there are common injuries in ankle joints, knees, elbows and other parts because of overloading, improper self - protection movement, the lack of preparation before actions, coaches' less abilities in judging athletes' status and less awareness of injuries prevention. Meanwhile, some advice are put forward.
