1000MPa超高压多光路可视系统径向大孔厚壁圆筒的研究

摘要 本文对直径比为6、孔径比为0.67的1000MPa超高压多光路径向大孔厚壁圆筒进行了研究.讨论了自增强处理对超高压容器径向开孔问题的塑性影响,得出该径向大孔的超高压厚壁圆筒容器,经自增强处理和适当增大壁厚后筒体开孔处强度可靠的结论. The thickwall and mutiopticalpath cylinder has been studied in this paper which is holed radially and endured under 1000 MPa superhigh pressure inside. The diameter ratio of the cylinder is 6, and the diameter ratio of radial hole is 0.67. We have discussed the plasticity influence of radially holed cylinder under superhigh pressure which is caused by selfstrengthening treatment and concluded that a radially holed thickwall cylinder under superhigh pressure can have a reliable intensity by adopting selfstrengthening treatment and properly increasing the thickness of the cylinder wall.
