摘要
本文对直径比为6、孔径比为0.67的1000MPa超高压多光路径向大孔厚壁圆筒进行了研究.讨论了自增强处理对超高压容器径向开孔问题的塑性影响,得出该径向大孔的超高压厚壁圆筒容器,经自增强处理和适当增大壁厚后筒体开孔处强度可靠的结论.
The thickwall and mutiopticalpath cylinder has been studied in this paper which is holed radially and endured under 1000 MPa superhigh pressure inside. The diameter ratio of the cylinder is 6, and the diameter ratio of radial hole is 0.67. We have discussed the plasticity influence of radially holed cylinder under superhigh pressure which is caused by selfstrengthening treatment and concluded that a radially holed thickwall cylinder under superhigh pressure can have a reliable intensity by adopting selfstrengthening treatment and properly increasing the thickness of the cylinder wall.
