小鼠肠道菌群失调动物模型的制备 被引量:7

摘要 用乳糖酸红霉素(2.94g/kg)、头孢氨芐(6.19g/kg)、盐酸林可霉素(2.02g/kg)、氨芐西林钠(5.5g/kg),3次/天,连续10天灌服小鼠,分别于灌服后第2d、4d、6d、8d、10d、12d、14d、16d对直肠和盲肠粪便中杆菌和球菌的菌落数进行测定。结果表明:灌服抗生素后杆菌菌落数量减少,球菌菌落数量增加,取代杆菌成为直肠和盲肠中的优势菌群;停药后第6d,除盐酸林可霉素组外,其它灌服组杆菌和球菌数量均可逐渐恢复。结论:乳糖酸红霉素、头孢氨芐、盐酸林可霉素及氨芐西林钠均能导致小鼠肠道菌群失调,其中盐酸林可霉素对肠道杆菌的抑制作用较明显,诱导效果较稳定和持久。 To establish a mice model of gastrointestinal microflora imbalance, the mice were orally inoculated with Erythromycin Laetobionatefor Injection (2.94g/kg) , Cefalexin (6.19g/kg), Lincomycin Hydrochloride Injection (2.02g/kg) and Ampicillin Capsules (5.5g/kg) there times each day for 10 days. The colony of bacillus and coccus in rectum and cecum were detected every- day between 2 and 16 days postinoculation (p. i. ). The Results show that during the term of inocu- lation, the colony of coccus in rectum and cecum gradually increased and become the prominent bac- teria in the intestine. By the 16 days p. i. , the levels of bacillus and coccus recovered gradually and near to the control mice except the lactic acid group. Finally, the Conclusions were drawn below: the results suggest that four antibiotics can stably induce intestinal microflora dysbiosis in mice. Inhibiting effect of Lincomycin Hydrochloride on bacillus is very stable and lasting than others.
