自由贸易为主、公平贸易为辅——2000年以来美国贸易政策分析及对我国的启示

摘要
在对美国公平贸易方面的评述上，国内学术界往往有简单化倾向，简单地认定美国的贸易政策80年代后从自由贸易走向公平贸易，似乎在21世纪，美国仍然实行着公平贸易的政策。本文通过选取美国2000年以朱的贸易政策作为分析对象，试图对美国的贸易政策作一个重新的评定，并通过与我国进行对照，指出其对我国的启示和指导作用。
