咽部冷刺激对阵发性室上性心动过速的疗效

Therapeutic evaluation of recovering paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with the cold stimulation

目的分别结合冷刺激咽部反射及机械刺激咽部反射对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的疗效比较。方法对我院急诊接诊的89例阵发性室上速随机分成冷刺激咽部反射A组,机械刺激咽部反射B组,每组均予维拉帕米5～10mg(0.075mg/kg)静脉注射。结果两组阵发性室上性的治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组较B组转复率高,且快速有效。结论冷刺激咽部反射治疗PSVT比机械刺激组有效,同时降低了异搏定用量。

Objective To compare the effect of pharyngeal reflex with the cold stimulation and mechanical stimulation Respectively in the paitients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachyeardia（PSVT）. Methods 89 cases of the PSVT in emergency department were divided into groupA （ coldstimulatian）, groupB （mechanicalstimulation） randomly. The paitients in two groups were took intravenous injection of verapamil 5 -10 mg （0. 075 mg/kg）only once. Results The statistical analysis showed significant difference of the therapeutic effect（ P 〈 0.05 ）in two groups, the group A is a rapid and effective ways and had higher reversal rate in treatment of PSVT. Conclusion The method of cold stimulation is a effective. way and had higher reversal rate in trealment of PSVT than the method of the mechanical stimulation, thus decreased the dose of Verapamil in the group A.
