胶囊内镜在老年患者消化道疾病诊断中的应用

Evaluationg the value of capsule endoscopies in diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease in old patients

目的探讨胶囊内镜在老年患者消化道疾病诊断中的应用。方法对127例行胶囊内镜的检查的检者资料回顾性分析。结果共纳入老年患者127例,其中92例有消化道病变,检出率为72.44%。检出病变包括小肠病变57例(44.9%),胃部病变41例(32.28%),食管病变23例(18.11%),结肠病变16例(12.60%),其中血管病变21例(16.54%),克罗恩病9例(7.08%),小肠息肉10例(7.87%),回肠憩室9例(7.08%),平滑肌瘤3例(2.36%),淋巴瘤2例(1.57%),类癌1例(0.79%)。小肠平滑肌瘤,淋巴瘤及类癌等均手术病理证实诊断。结论胶囊内镜检查方法安全,对老年患者的消化道疾病有较好的诊断价值。

Objective Discussion capsule endoscopy in elderly patients with digestive tract disease diagnosis. Methods Capsule endoscopy of the 127 routine inspections of seized data from retrospective analysis. Results 127 were referred to this study and underwent capsule endoscopies. 92 of them with various intestinal disorders and the rest 35 health volunteers. A total of 92 old persons obtained positive findings, including small bowel diseases in 57, gastric diseases in 41, esophageal diseases in 23, colon diseases in 16 cases, angiodysplasia in 21 cases, 9 cases corohn＇s disease,3 cases leiomyoma,2 case lymphoma, 1 case careinoid. The small intestinal leiomyoma, lymphoma, careinoid and so on were diagnosed by operation. Conclusion Capsule endoscopy examination security, elderly patients with digestive diseases have better diagnostic value.
