摘要 目的观察凋亡调控基因bcl-2在急性白血病(AL)患者中的表达。方法体外模拟常规用药的血药浓度最大值进行研究。首先应用流式细胞仪(FCM)技术检测凋亡调控基因bcl-2在各种急性白血病中的表达;然后检测体外药物作用后bcl-2表达水平。结果bcl-2表达在AML中无显著性差异,而在ALL中表达明显低于AML。bcl-2蛋白在化疗药物作用一定时间后明显下调,与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论bcl-2蛋白在诱导AL原代细胞凋亡中有相应作用。 Objective To observe the expression of induces apoptosis proteins bcl - 2 in acute leukemia. Methods In vitro simulation convention medication's blood medicine density maximum value conducts the research. First, the technology of FCM examines the expression on induces apoptosis regulative gene bet - 2 in each kind of acute leukemia' s. Then examines expression level of bcl 2 in vitro medicine function. Results It is non - significance difference of expression in AML, but it expresses obviously lower than AML. After certain time of chemotherapy medicine function, bcl - 2 protein takes obvious decline, has the significance difference with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion bel - 2 protein has corresponding function on induces apoptosis of AL original cell.
