拉莫三嗪治疗慢性顽固性神经源性疼痛
摘要
由于产生慢性疼痛的神经生理机制复杂，所以对其治疗有时较为困难，常规药物治疗难以缓解。其中，神经源性疼痛有别于伤害感受性疼痛，其治疗尤为棘手。以往的研究认为吗啡对神经源性疼痛的治疗效果甚微。目前越来越多的证据表明，慢性疼痛发生的神经生理机制非常复杂，因而其治疗需要借助于多种治疗手段。因此我们采用拉莫三嗪单药或联合治疗慢性顽固性神经源性疼痛进行的开放性治疗。取得了满意疗效，现报道如下。
