摘要
研究了淬火温度、回火温度对钢的强度、硬度、塑性和冲击韧性的影响,试验结果表聪:塑料模具钢的最佳预硬化处理工艺应为:850~870℃空或油淬,60O~650℃×2h回火。
Effect of quenching temperatures, tempering temperatures on strength, hardness, plasticity and impact toughness of steel were studied. The experimental results show that the optimum prehardening heat treatment technology for plastics die steel is as follows: air or oil quenching at 850℃-870℃ and tempering at 600-650℃ for 2 h.
