Clonal origin of hepatocellular carcinoma:recent progress

摘要 多结节和复发性肝细胞癌可分为肝内转移和多中心发生两种,其克隆起源方式与临床诊治密切相关,根据其克隆起源方式设计合理的治疗方案是肝脏外科亟待解决的新问题。本文就近来国内外关于肝癌多中心发生的临床病理学特点、分子诊断及临床意义作一综述。 Multinolular and intrahepatic recurrent HCC can originate from intrahepatic metastasis and multiple origins, and their colnal origin is closely related to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. To designate suitable therapeutic strategies according to their colnal origin is a new challenge needs to be tackled urgently. This paper reviews recent progress in the clinicopathological features, molecular diagnosis and clinical outcomes of multiple origin HCC.
