摘要 经皮经肝胆道镜术（PTCS）是在经皮经肝胆道引流术（PTBD）基础上成功进行窦道扩张后置人胆道镜对肝胆疾病进行诊疗的技术。文章就PTCS的适应证、禁忌证、手术方法、疗效、并发症及其防治进行综述。
