摘要
在三乙胺存在下,溴乙酰葡萄糖与Ge-132反应,得到了Ge-132的葡萄糖苷衍生物(包括2,4-二-O-乙酰基-1,3,6-三-O-羧乙基锗基-β-D-葡萄糖苷,Ⅰ及Ⅱ),并对其进行了结构、物理化学性质及抑制肿瘤活性等方面的实验。
Glucopyranosyl organogermanium compounds(such as 2. 4-di-o-acetyl-1. 3. 6-tri-o-carboxyletnylgermanyl-β-D-glucopyranose [Ⅰ] and [Ⅱ] were obtained for the reaction of glucopyranosyl bromide tetracetate with Ge-132 under the presence of Net3 at the room temperature for 2~3 h. The structure, properties and bioactivity were studied. The (results of) antitumor activity experiment showed that when given ip., a maximum inhloltion of 19. 62% for the growth of EEAC of the mice was obtained for the compound Ⅰ.
