摘要 阿司匹林防治血栓栓塞性血管疾病临床应用广泛。阿司匹林抗血小板作用的个体差异、阿司匹林抵抗(AR)对心血管疾病高危患者预防用阿司匹林疗效的不利影响等临床面临的问题亟需解决。本文综述AR的机制及其对各类心血管疾病高危患者预防用阿司匹林疗效的影响。 Aspirin is widely used for preventing and curing thromboembolia vascular disease. However, there are individual variations in the effect of antiplatelet therapy. A lot of researches indicate that aspirin resistance adverse effects on patients with high risk of cardiovascular disease. This article summarize the mechanisms of aspirin resistance and its effectiveness on different patients with high risk of cardiovascular disease.
