摘要 肺癌是全世界最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,抑制肿瘤血管生成的分子靶向治疗为肺癌提供了新的治疗手段。许多研究不仅使人们对肿瘤血管生成有了新的理解,还提出了新的治疗靶点和方法。本文总结该类别系列药物的开发,并指出其可能对临床治疗的影响。 Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the world. It is proposed that molecular targeted therapies such as antiangiogenesis contribute a new therapeutic method on lung cancer recently. Many recent discover ies have the potential not only to suggest some of the latest understanding on tumor angiogenesis but also to indicate new therapeutic targets and treatment strategies. The purpose of this review is to summarize a number of these discoveries and to point out their potential clinical impact.
