跟痛症的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment of Calcanodynia

目的探讨跟痛症的病因及综合性手术治疗的疗效。方法18例患者都接受了骨刺切除、跖腱膜松解、跟骨钻孔减压手术。结果平均随访2年,9例疼痛完全消失;5例疼痛明显减轻,行走无影响;4例疼痛稍减轻,行走仍有部分障碍。结论跟痛症病因多样,综合性手术治疗对保守治疗无效的跟痛症的效果令人满意。

Objective To investigate the etiology and curative effects of comprehensive surgical therapy of calcanodynia. Methods 18 cases of calcanodynia were received comprehensive surgical therapy, including resection of bone spur, lysis of plantar fascia and decompression by drilling in calcaneus.Results All cases were followed-up for 2 years. The painful complete disappearence was in 9 cases, significant painful relidf was in 5 cases and less painful relief was in 4 cases. Conclusion calcanodynia may be induced by multiple causes, and comprehensive surgical therapies would take a satisfactory result.
