New Concepts in the Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

炎症性肠病（IBD）主要包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）和克罗恩病（CD）,其治疗疗程长、效果不佳、容易反复,主要原因为目前对该病的发病机制仍不甚了解以及缺乏特异性治疗药物。随着对IBD发病机制认识的不断深入,其发病过程中的炎症和免疫途径不断被揭示,这些新理念的发展直接导致了新的治疗药物和治疗方法的出现。本文主要结合目前IBD发病机制的研究进展,对其治疗中的一些新概念作一论述。

Inflammatory bowel disease mainly includes ulcerative colitis （UC） and Crohn＇s disease （CD）. Due to the poor understanding of its pathogenesis and lack of specific therapeutic drugs, the treatment course of inflammatory bowel disease is usually long and unsatisfactory, also being easily relapsed. With the deeper understanding of its pathogenesis and continuous uncovering of inflammation and immune pathway during the progress of inflammatory bowel disease, new concepts appear which would lead to the emergence of novel drugs and treatment methods. This article aims at reviewing some of the novel concepts in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
