摘要
自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)是一种原因不明、进行性进展的慢性肝炎。其临床表现与实验室检查异常是诊断的线索与基础;治疗的基本原则是改善症状,缓解生化指标异常,减轻肝脏炎症,阻止肝纤维化进展。本文就AIH诊断与治疗的现代观点进行阐述。
Autoimmune hepatitis （AIH） is an unknown etiology and progressively aggravated chronic hepatitis. Its diagnosis mainly relies on abnormal clinical manifestation and lab test. The principle of the treatment is to ameliorate symptoms and biochemical indexes, abate liver inflammation, and retard the progression of hepatic fibrosis. This paper will elucidate the current concept on the diagnosis and treatment of AIH.
