胃食管反流病(GERD)蒙特利尔定义是已获得世界胃肠病学组织认可的各国专家的共识意见,是GERD最新的全球定义。以此为基础,根据所在地区和国家的实际情况,结合各国和国内众多专家多年研究结果,亚太地区和中国制定了胃食管反流病共识意见。现对该定义与亚太地区和中国制定的共识意见的异同作简要阐述。

The Montreal definition of gastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERD ） has been acquired widely consensus by experts all over the world, which is a latest definition on the disease. On the basis of it, Asia-Pacific countries and China have achieved the consensus on the definition. We introduce here the similarities and difference between the Montreal definition and the Asia-Pacific countries and China one.
