腹腔化疗联合腹部热疗治疗恶性腹水临床疗效观察

Intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with abdominal thermotherapy for treating malignant ascites

目的探讨腹腔化疗联合腹部热疗治疗恶性腹水的疗效和不良反应。方法44例恶性腹水患者分为两组,观察组23例进行腹腔化疗联合腹部热疗,对照组21例行腹腔化疗。结果观察组和对照组的有效率分别为78.2%和47.6%(P<0.05),中位生存时间分别为32周和28周,不良反应差异无显著性意义。结论腹腔化疗联合腹部热疗治疗恶性腹水较单纯腹腔化疗疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To study the efficacy and the side effect of intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with abdominal thermotherapy for treating malignant ascites. Methods 44 cases of malignant ascites were randomly divided into two groups. 23 cases in the experimental group were treated by intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with abdominal thermotherapy. 21 cases in the control group were treated by intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy alone. Results The response rates in the experimental group and the control group were 78.2% and 47. 6%, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The median survival time in the experimental group and the control group were 32 weeks and 28 weeks, respectively. There was no significant difference in the side effect be- tween two groups. Conclusion Compared with intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy alone, intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with abdominal thermotherapy for treating malignant ascites is more effective and less side effect, and to some extent it can prolong survival time.
