摘要
自身免疫性胰腺炎是一种特殊类型的慢性胰腺炎分型。因胰腺肿块而手术的患者中约有2%是自身免疫性胰腺炎。其诊断需结合临床表现、影像学表现、实验室及组织病理学检查结果综合考虑。糖皮质激素长期治疗对自身免疫性胰腺炎疗效显著,具有起效迅速的特点,但波动性大。
Autoimmune pancreatitis is a distinctive type of chronic pancreatitis. Approximately 2% of pancreatic masses resected for suspected malignancy are found to be autoimmune pancreatitis. It was diagnosed by the clinical, radiologic, laboratory and histologic features. Treatment of autommune pancreatitis with corticosteroids leads to the rapid and dramatic resoluion of its related symptoms, however has the disadvantage of easy to recrudescence.
