摘要 谷氨酸介导的兴奋性神经毒性对多种神经性损伤和精神疾病的发生发展起着极其关键的作用,因而谷氨酸受体拮抗剂成为研究的热门,对其最主要的亚型N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体及其拮抗剂的研究更是成为重中之重。目前NMDA受体拮抗剂在临床上应用的范围越来越广,但其中大多数药物却显示有神经保护和神经毒性的双重作用。本文综述临床常用NMDA受体拮抗剂的神经毒性研究进展,说明相关神经毒性机制。 It has known that the glutamate-mediated excitatory neurotoxicity play a key role in the development of mental disorder. Thus the research of glutamate receptor antagonists has become popular. As the most important subtype of glutamate receptor, N - methyl - D - aspartate (NMDA) receptor has been researched more deeply. Currently, NMDA receptor antagonists have been used more and more widely, but most of them have shown a dual role of nerve protection and neurotoxicity. This review summarized advances in the neurotoxicity of NMDA receptor antagonists.
