摘要
世界贸易组织的国际服务贸易分类,使全球性教育服务文化导向在医学专业领域跨越了传统的国界。教育部人文社会科学研究基金"服务西部农村医学远程与实践教育模式的研究"项目,从创新紧缺人才供应链构建模式出发,立足中游现代服务业教育开发平台,投入上游西部农村来源的富余护理人力资本,输出下游兼有都市涉外医护及健康管理服务能力的职业标准化病人,为医学院校、特别是长学制英文班等高层次医学专业临床跨文化模拟病人教学,提供了计时性、职业化、服务外包型社会教学资源,已被列入上海紧缺人才培训工程项目。
International services trade in the light of the principles of WTO makes a difference in medical domain when confronting the direction of the global educational services. The Ministry of Education Project, "The Research of medical distance education and practice pattern in rural areas in west China" , establishes an educational platform of modem service in central China, invests nursing human resources of west China and outputs vocational standard patients in east China, which provides school of medicine, especially English class of Chinese system, with abundant social teaching resources and has been adopted as Shanghai Human Resources Training Project.
