摘要
目的对住院医师规范化培训改革前后的效果进行分析,为医院的职能部门在具体实施和管理过程中提供科学依据。方法对2003年、2004年和2005年参加中国医科大学住院医师规范化培训的住院医师的思想品德素质、出勤情况、病历质量、临床技能、临床病历分析能力,临床理论与专业外语等方面的成绩进行定量分析。结果改革后参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师的病历质量、临床技能、临床病历分析能力、临床理论、专业外语以及综合评定成绩的提高均有统计学意义。结论对住院医师的培训工作采取改革措施后,住院医师在临床技能和综合素质等各个方面均有显著的进步。
Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized resident training reform in our school, and to offer scientific evidence for functional department of hospital in progress of practice and management. Method Quantitative analysis with ideological and moral quality,time and attendance, the quality of medical records etc. from 2003 to 2005. Result Marks of the quality of medical records,clinical skills,clinical case history analysis skills,clinical theory etc. have statistical significance. Conclusion Residents have made great progress in several respects such as clinical skills and comprehensive qualities.
