以具体应用实例,阐述了从供电企业人力资源管理的角度出发,采用J2EE技术架构、XML技术和SOAP协议等,用集中的数据库将所有与人力资源有关的数据、业务统一管理起来,建设一套基于J2EE体系的供电企业人力资源管理信息系统,实现供电企业人力资源的全员管理和全过程管理。
Takes detail application as an example, expatiates from the angle of power supply enterprise human resource management, adopts J2EE technology, XML technology and SOAP, etc. Uses database to centrally manage data and business that associates with human resource, constructs a power supply enterprise human resource management information system based on J2EE system, realizes all employes management and all process management of power supply enterprise human resource.
