肺癌光镜、电镜及免疫组织化学比较观察

摘要 收集18例支气管镜检肺癌标本,进行光、电镜对比观察及KT、CEA、NSE免疫组化染色。结果表明:KT或CEA阳性有助于识别肺癌的鳞状或腺样分化;NSE对小细胞肺癌有较高的特异性;肺癌各型的超微结构特征与免疫组化染色密切相关。提示:对肺癌的电镜观察结合KT、CEA、NSE的免疫组化染色有助于提高低分化、未分化肺癌诊断、分型的准确性。 Eighteen specimens from fibroptic bronchial biopsies of human lung cancer were studied by light and electron microscopy and immunohistochemical staining for KT CEA NSE.It was shown that the positive expression of KT or CEA helped to recognize squamous or glandular differentiation, NSE had a relatively high specificity for small cell lung carcinoma, and the ultrastructural features were correlated with immunohistochemical staining of neoplasms. It is suggested that the accuracy of diagnosising and typing of poorly-differentiated or undifferentiated lung cancer increases with ultrastructural observation and immunohistochemical staining for KT CEA NSE.
