摘要
不同浓度(38,3.8,0.38,0.038μmol/L)的胆红素光敏反应能使腹水型肝癌细胞(HepA)和人肝癌细胞致死,死亡率随浓度的增加和照光时间的延长而加剧,HepA细胞死亡率明显高于人肝癌细胞;避光组细胞也有一定的死亡,说明胆红素本身对细胞也有一定的损伤。
Photosensitization of bilirubin(38,3.8,0.38,0.038 μmol/L) increased the mortality of ascitic hepatoma (Hep A) and human hepatona(BEL7402)cells.The cell mortality was dependent on concentration of bilirubin and the illumination time.The mortality of Hep A cells was much higher than of BEL7402 cells.However,even in the dark group tumor cells were killed slightly.It indicated that bilirubin itself had to some extent toxicity to tumor cells as well.
