基于最优财政收入规模的财产性收入问题的研究

本文认为,基于最优财政收入规模理论来看,财政收入的分配规模能够以实现社会投资最大化、社会资源利用效率最大化和社会福利最大化为追求目标;从资源配置效率理论来看,增强了社会的公平性,保证市场经济体制平稳运行、健康发展。有效地配置市场资源,提高资源的利用效率,使货币购买力上升,根治通货膨胀,促进我国居民财产性收入增加,体现市场经济制度的优越性。

This article believed that based on the most superior financial revenue scale theory, the financial revenue assignment scale can take realize the social investment maximization, the social resource use efficiency maximization and the social welfare maximization as the pursue goal which strenthened society＇ fairness, guaranteed the steady movement of market economy system from the angle of the resources deployment efficiency theory and disposed the market resources effectively, enhanced the resources the use efficiency, promoted our country resident property income to increase, manifested the market economy system＇s superiority.
