摘要
轮岗实习模式借鉴于岗位轮换制,是实践教学模式的创新。本文就高职汽车营销专业轮岗实习的意义、轮岗实习的模式设计与实践进行了介绍与总结,并对注意事项进行分析,指出轮岗实习模式是适应市场需求的必要模式,并需在实践中不断完善。
Work-shift is used as a source of reference of work-shift-practice and lay found base of graduation field work. This paper discussed the significance, scheme and practice model and also analyzed the matters needed attention in the practice.
