摘要
通过调查广东珠三角企业信息化岗位及人才需求情况,分析企业适合高职层次的信息化岗位、岗位任职资格关键能力,建立信息化岗位素质能力模型,为高职信息化高技能人才培养提供指引。
The article analyzes the enterprise informationization posts suit for college students and the post key competencies by investigating inforamtionization posts and demand for talents of the enterprises located in Pearl River Delta, sets up informationization post competency model which provides guidance for college cultivating inforamtionization talents.
