摘要
女大学生数量逐年增多,就业压力加大的同时,人才市场上的性别歧视日趋明显。究其原因,包括社会传统观念的影响、就业形势严峻、社会保障制度不健全、女大学生自身职业定位出现偏差等方面,要提升女大学生的就业竞争力,应该为女大学生就业提供良好的就业环境,加强意识形态方面的教育,消除传统观念对女性的偏见思想,在教育活动中注重提升女大学生的综合素质,开设女性教育课程,树立良好女性形象。
The number of female university students is increasing year by year, the employment pressure is increased, at the same time, sex discrimination is increasingly clear on the labor market. The reasons incluyding the impact of the traditional concept of society, the employment situation is grim, the social security system is inadequate, deviation of female college students' own career orientation. To raise employability and competitiveness of female university students, we should provide a good employment environment for the female employment of university students, strengthen the ideological education, eliminate the traditional concept of the idea of female bias, focus on uopgrading the overall quality of female university students in educational activities, open women's education courese, set up a good image of women.
