摘要 在分析顾客投诉原因的基础上,提出了解决这些投诉问题的方法和注意事项、以及在处理顾客投诉时应积极进行顾客满意调查和完善信息的分析和利用等,以解决企业在处理顾客投诉过程中存在的不足,为我国企业顾客投诉管理提供参考。
