4种余甘子功能成分的分析 被引量:15

摘要 利用高效液相、气相/质谱、原子荧光等方法,测定了产自广东的柿饼、双鹅、甜种和土种4种余甘子果肉中的几种核苷、绿原酸、表儿茶素、芦丁、维生素C和微量元素。结果表明:余甘子果肉中含有微量的硒,含量(鲜重)为0.0014-0.0027mg/kg;余甘子果肉中的甲醇提取液中气相/质谱仅测出饱和脂肪酸;余甘子果肉中含有少量的核苷类物质肌苷、鸟苷和腺苷,含量(鲜重)分别为:3.7990-15.3600、1.1335-2.8935、0.0000-4.1768μg/g,土种中含有少量胸苷,含量为3.3199/μg/g;余甘子果肉中还含有绿原酸、表儿茶素和芦丁,含量(鲜重)分别为0.1123-0.2631、0.9486-2.2451、0.0467-0.2907mg/g,表儿茶素含量最高。 Several nucleosides,chlorogenic acid, epicatechin, rutin, Vitamin C and minim elements in flesh of four emblie (Phyllanthus emblica L. ) varieties (Shibing, Shuange, Tianzhong and Tuzhong) from Guangdong Province were determined by HPLC,GC/MS and atom fluorescence instrument etc. It showed that the content of Se was between 0. 001 4-0. 002 7 mg/kg(fresh weight,FW) . Only saturachlorogenic acid, epicateehin and rutin were investigated by HPLC. It proved that some nucleosides were present with inosine 3. 799 0- 15. 360 0 μg/g, guanosine 1. 133 5 - 2. 893 5 μg/g and adenosine 0. 000 0-4. 176 8 μg/g. A little thymidine was detected and its content was 3. 319 9 μg/g in flesh of Tuzhong variety. The contents of ehlorogenie acid, epicateehin and rutin were respectively 0. 112 3- 0. 263 1, 0. 948 6-2. 245 0,0. 046 7-0. 290 7 mg/g. The flesh was characteristic of high content of epicatechin.
