摘要
总结了54例在股骨粗隆间骨折应用中股骨近端髓内钉的手术配合，包括通过加强术前心理支持、健康宣教、术中器械护士周密的物品准备及术中配合、巡回护士熟练操作X机、严密观察病人病情变化、认为可使手术顺利成功，收到良好的治疗效果。
The authors reported the nursing cooperation of 54 patients with i ntertrochanteric fracture treated with PFN surgical operation,induding the preoperative health education and mental nursing, the satisfactory preparation, comprehensive nurse-surgeon cooperation, and the active nursing care during the operation, the painful symptoms of all the patients were released and the quality of life was enhanced.The proper nursing cooperation was essential to successful operation and postoperative recovery.
