摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法与后期煅烧相结合,制备了纯锂锌铁氧体及掺杂氧化铋和硝酸铋的铁氧体。扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究发现:氧化铋和硝酸铋的加入可对锂、锌的化合物的过量汽化产生有效的抑制作用,而这有利于减小所得铁氧体材料的实际组分偏差。但铋的化合物的加入也会对锂锌铁氧体的低频吸波性能产生略微的减弱效果。 Pure lithium zinc ferrite and ferrites doped with Bi2O3 and Bi(NO3 )3 were synthesized by a combination of sol-gel with subsequent calcination. The morphologies and microstructures of the ferrites were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results exhibit the addition of Bi2O3 and Bi(NO3)3 can inhibit excessive vapourization of the compounds of Lithium and Zinc, and this makes for decreasing the deviation between the actual composition of ferrites and the desired results. However, the addition of the compounds of bismuth has also been found to reduce the low-frequency microwave absorption properties of LiZn ferrites slightly.
