研究目的：分析山西开发区土地集约利用的总体情况，根据定量化结果和实际情况，提出全省开发区科学合理利用土地的途径和措施。研究方法：文献资料法、层次分析法、对比分析法和因果分析法。研究结果：山西省开发区建设用地总体规模从趋势上成线性关系，建设用地虽处于节约集约利用状态，但整体上山西开发区土地节约集约利用水平不是很高，呈现持续提高态势。研究结论：构建节地型模式，调整和优化产业结构、合理空间布局、盘活存量土地，促进土地集约利用与可持续发展。
