摘要
管理中的“二八”理论告诉我们,组织中百分之八十的财富是由百分之二十的核心人才创造的。因此,管理者的主要任务是想方设法留住核心人才,故而防范核心人才流失的措施就显得尤为重要。本文在分析人才流失原因的基础上,从激励机制、工作团队管理及组织文化三个方面就如何留住核心人才,发挥团队中人才的“大雁效应”,推行绩效管理,更好地实现组织预定目标提出相应的措施。
In the management "28" the theory tells us, in the organization 80 % wealths are create by 20 % core talented people. Therefore, superintendent's primary mission is does everything possible to detain the core talented person,therefore the guard core brain drain measure appears importantly especially. This article in analyzes the brain drain reason in the foundation, from the drive mechanism,how the work team management and the organization culture three aspects on detains the core talented person,in the display team the talented person "the goose effect", the carrying out achievements management,achieves the organization predetermined target to propose the corresponding measure well.
