摘要
自主创新离不开学术交流，这是中外科学技术发展史证明了的一条真理。为了建设创新型国家，我们必须大力加强国内外的学术交流。本文提出了从学术交流的动因来思考其机制创新方略的观点，并围绕学术期刊和学会组织这两种最重要的学术交流载体，从剖析其当前存在的主要问题入手，扼要地阐明了作者对学术交流机制创新的看法和主张。
