摘要 目的:对健康人步态力学参数进行合理有效的评价。方法:采用自行研制的测力系统,对16名无运动系统病史的成人进行步态力学数据采样,并做出特征双峰曲线,从曲线上提取特征参数,运用统计学方法分析特征参数在左右足的差异性。结果:左、右足之间在不同时相垂直负重载荷合力和时间上比较差异均无统计学意义。结论:此测力系统能有效地反应各个差数;左、右足之间正常步态是双侧对称的。 Objective: To make a reasonable and effective evaluation on the gait mechanics parameters of the healthy people. Methods:A kind of self--made force measuring system was used to gather gait mechanics data on 16 adults who had no histories of movement disorders. According to the data, bimodal curves were drawn and the characteristic parameters were selected to compare between the left and right feet. Results: There is no statistical difference between the left and right feet in the vertical weight bearing load force of different phase and time. Conclusion: The measuring system can effectively refleet the differences among various parameters; the normal gait between the left and right feet is bilaterally symmetrical.
