穴位注射对腰椎间盘突出症的免疫水平的影响

Effect of Acupoint Injection Therapy on Immunity Level of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察穴位注射对腰椎间盘突出症的免疫水平的影响。方法:将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为4组:A组(脉络宁+参附注射液组)、B组(脉络宁注射液组)、C组(参附注射液组)、D组(生理盐水组)。进行穴位注射治疗,每4天1次,8次为1个疗程。疗程结束后,对治疗前后VAS评分、IgG、Ig M、IgA的数据进行统计分析。结果:治疗后A组降低血清内IgG、Ig M水平与B、C、D组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后VAS比较:A组与B、C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与D组比较(P<0.01)。IgA治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论:运用脉络宁+参附注射液合用穴位注射能减轻突出的椎间盘周围组织的免疫反应,缓解疼痛。

Objective ： To evalute the effect of acupoint injection therapy on immunity level of lumbar disc herniation （LDH） as to give references to clinical therapy of LDH. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed with LDH were divided into 4 groups randomly. Under the same basic treatment, injections of Mailuoning, Shenfu, Mailuoning plus Shenfu, and normal saline were used separately in different groups once every 4 days for 8 injections totally. Before and after the treatment, VAS grading method was used to evaluate the clinical therapy and levels of serum IgG, IgM and IgA were detected and analyzed. Results：After the treatment, the levels of serum IgG and IgM in Mailuoning plus Shenfu group were significantly lower than in Mailuoning group and Shenfu group （P〈0.05）. The improvement of VAS in Mailuoning plus Shenfu group was better than that of Mailuoning group and Shenfu group （P〈0.05）. Changes in IgA level were insignificant compared between the 4 groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The therapy of Mailuoning plus Shenfu injection can inhibit immune reactions in LDH thus relieve pain.
