浅谈医院人力资源管理

A brief talk on hospital Human Resource Management

目前,我国医院的人力资源管理大多还处于传统的人事管理阶段,职能有限,不能为医院的发展提供优质的人力资源和服务。该文针对目前医院人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出新时期医院加强人力资源管理的对策措施。注重医疗卫生队伍的素质建设,促进医院的可持续发展。

At present, human resource management still remain at traditional human affairs management level in most of hospitals in our country. With limited roles, it is unable to provide high quality human resources and relevant services, which hindered the continuation development of hospital to a great extent and also delayed the quality construction of the whole health and medical community team. This article will come up with some corresponding measures on the perspective of hospital human resource management.
