The Understanding of Intractable Congenital Preauricular Fistula Infection Therapy

目的:控制难治性先天性耳前瘘管继发感染。方法:对18例难治性先天性耳前瘘管感染患者采用综合疗法。结果:18例难治性先天性耳前瘘管感染患者疗效显著。结论:对创面进行彻底清创,联合用药,防止感染扩散,改善局部营养状况是控制难治性先天性耳前瘘管感染的关键,利于早期手术治疗。

Objective： Control the further infection of intractable congenital preauricular fistula. Methods： Adopt comprehensive therapy for 18 patients with intractable congenital preauricular fistula. Results： it comes with significant therapeutic effect. Conclusion： Thorough debridement,cornbined medication, prevention of infection, the improvement of partial nutrition, all of these are crucial to control the further infection of intractable congenital preauricular fistula and good for early surgical treatment.
