两种清洁灌肠卧位的研究

Research into Two Types of Cleaning Enema Lying Positions

传统理论认为,术前清洁灌肠需左侧卧位。从大量的临床实践看,采取头低臀高侧卧位对病人进行清洁灌肠效果好。本文对80例需清洗灌肠的手术病人随机对照分析,经科学方法得出科学结论。实验组在灌肠次数、灌肠量、肠道清洁情况、肠道粘膜损伤等方面,均优于对照组。

Traditional theory holds that left lying position should be used in preoperative cleansing enema. From a lot of clinical practice, low-hip high-lateral position is more appropriate for cleaning enema. In this paper, randomized controlled analysis has been made on 80 cases of patients. The experimental group is better than the control group in enema number, enema volume, intestinal cleanness condition, intestinal mucosa injury and so on.
