摘要
正念训练(Mindfulness Training,MT)源于佛教禅修。在西方,从二十世纪七十年代起,正念训练被广泛运用于心理咨询与治疗领域,在治疗各类神经症、成瘾行为、人格障碍、疼痛障碍等疾病中,都有很好的疗效,对身心健康一般领域也有很好的促进作用。该文报告一个正念训练治疗抑郁症的案例。结果表明:正念训练治疗抑郁症有很好的疗效,对情绪调节、自我接纳、改善睡眠、提高自尊等方面有显著的促进作用。
Mindfulness Training originated from Buddhism. Since 1970s, mindfulness training has been applied in the filed of psychotherapy and physical and mental health in Western. It has a good efficacy on the treatment of neurosis,addictive behavior, personality disorder, pain disorder and other diseases o This article will report a case about the psychotherapy of depression by mindfulness, and the result indicated that mindfulness training has a good effect on this disease, and has significant promotion of emotional regulation, self-acceptance, sleep and self-esteem.
