报告1例系统性红斑狼疮合并视网膜脱落患者的护理。总结系统性红斑狼疮合并视网膜脱离的护理方法,采取合理的运动及饮食指导、正确体位、用药指导等有针对性的护理措施,同时给予患者必要的心理支持。经过精心的护理和患者的积极参与配合,使患者保护视力眼球不萎缩,未发生并发症,患者病情好转出院。

Measures of attending patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicating ablation retinae were summarized. Proper exercise and diet guidance, reasonable posture and medication instruction, indispensable psychological support are provided. With careful nursing and patients positive cooperation, the patients kept eyesight and eyeball from deteriorating, recovered and discharged without complications.
