摘要 以苯-甲苯-二甲苯为实验物系,通过模拟软件模拟计算,研究了进料组成对TCS热偶精馏,TCS-R热偶精馏,TCS-S热偶精馏节能效果的影响。结果表明,主要组分为轻组分时,这3种热偶精馏的节能效果均较好,其中TCS热偶精馏的节能效果是最好的,节能率为33.8%。 The effects of the feed composition on the energy-saving efficiency of the thermally coupled distillation are researched in benzene-toluene-xytene system by process simulation. The results of simulation show that when the light-key component of the feed is the most, the energy-saving efficiency of the three thermally coupled distillation is high, and TCS thermally coupled distillation is the best in the three flows and its energy-saving efficiency reaches the maximum value of 33.8%.
