摘要
个性化激励就是针对符合管理对象的特殊性而实施的有效管理模式的管理哲学,但我国尚未建立起更为有效的个性化激励机制。本文分析了我国个性化激励机制的内涵和现状,对建立个性化激励机制的途径提出了建议,同时,提醒企业管理者要注意处理好激励与约束、个体差异与差别激励、激励措施与被激励对象之间的关系。
Personalized incentive that is in line with the managed object for the particular mode of implementation of effective management of the management philosophy,but has not yet been established in our country more effective personalized incentives.This paper analyzes the incentives of our personalized content and the status quo,the establishment of personalized ways of incentive mechanism proposed at the same time,to remind enterprise managers should pay attention to deal with a good incentive and restraint,individual differences and differences in motivation,incentives and the incentives the relationship between objects.
