建设创新型国家的重要载体是创新型人才资源。本文从历史唯物主义关于"人的创新能力是推动社会发展的根本动力"原理入手,提出创新思维是创新能力的核心,其哲学基础是马克思主义哲学关于"世界上的事物是普遍联系"的观点。笔者认为,人是社会关系的总和,生活在信息环境中,只要我们努力创造并充分利用良好的环境条件,在获得大量信息的基础上实现超越常规的思考,每个人都会走出一条创新型人才成长自我培养的成功之路。

Building an innovation-oriented country is an important carrier for innovative human resources.This article from the historical materialism of ＂people＇s ability to innovate is to promote social development in the fundamental power＂ principle approach,the innovative thinking is the core of innovation capability,and its philosophy is the foundation of Marxist philosophy about ＂the world things are universal contact＂ point of view.The author believes that people are the sum of social relations,living in the information environment,as long as we strive to create and make full use of good environmental conditions,in access to substantial information on the basic implementation beyond conventional thinking,each person will be out of a innovative talents self-cultivation of the road to success.
