农村土地流转离不开法律的支撑

The problem of rural-land's circulation can not be separated from the support of law

改革开放30年,我国经济发展取得了巨大的进步,但"三农"问题还困扰和制约着经济的进一步发展。要解决"三农"问题,农村土地流转问题必须首先予以解决。党的十七届三中全会对此作出了规定,并为农村改革作出了切实可行的部署。但是,改革离不开法律的支撑,只有有法律的支撑,才能加快改革的步伐、巩固改革的成果。本文主要从法律角度探讨农村土地流转过程中的问题。

30 years of reform and opening up, China＇s economic development has made enormous progress,but the ＂Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area＂ issue is also disturbed and restricting the further economic development.To solve the ＂Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area＂ , rural land circulation problem must first be addressed.Third Plenary Session of the party＇s 17 which makes provision for the rural reform has made a practical deployment.However,reform can not be separated from the support of the law,only has the support of the law in order to speed up the pace of reform and consolidate the reform results.In this paper,talks about the process of rural land circulation problems from a legal perspective.
