摘要
研究了不同浓度的硒对铅胁迫下的豌豆在种子的萌发、植株的生长、根尖细胞分裂及过氧化物酶的活性等方面的影响。结果表明:铅浓度≤100 mg/L、硒浓度≤10 mg/L时,硒促进铅胁迫下豌豆幼苗萌发生长;铅浓度为50 mg/L、硒浓度≤1.0 mg/L时促进根尖细胞分裂并降低胚根细胞的畸变率,提高过氧化物酶的活性和叶绿素含量,缓解了铅的胁迫效应;当铅浓度达到200 mg/L、硒浓度为10.0 mg/L时,硒则协同铅发生作用,加剧对豌豆幼苗的毒害效应。
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of the Se on the growth status,physiological property of Pisum sativum seedings and chlorophyll content under the Pb stress. The results showed,at the concentration of the Pb ≤ 100 mg/L and the Se ≤10 mg/L,the Pisum sativum seeds germination and the growth status was promoted under the Pb stress. It could promote cell distorting rate,increase the activity of the POD and the chlorophyll content,ameliorate thetoxicity effect of the Pb when the concentration Of the Pb was ≤50 mg/L and the Se was ≤1.0 mg/L. It coordinated with the Pb to aggravate the toxicity to Pisum sativum, when the concentration of the Pb came to 200 mg/L,the Se came to 10. 0 mg/L.
